Render Finishes
Special Effect Render finishes are great if you want a brick effect or stone effect finish to your property. It involves an application of coloured render such as monocouche or silicone render and the brick or stone detail is then cut into the render before it cures. So you can have the traditional brick or stone look with the advantage of a quality modern rendering application.
Other finishes that can be carried out with modern render systems is the scratch or scraped render finish that is the usual finish produced when using monocouche or a thick coat silicone render. By varying the thickness of thin coat silicone renders it is also possible to achieve different finish effects.
Modern high polymer dash receivers have also given new life to the old traditional pebbledash render with coloured receivers and a variety of aggregates to choose from this old form of property decoration is having a come back.
