Monocouche Render
Monocouche Coloured render is a modern one coat through coloured external render finish that is designed to be applied to brick or blockwork. When being applied straight onto block work only one coat is required whereas when applying to a brick substrate an undercoat needs to be used.
Being through coloured it does not need to be painted and it produces a really durable and stunning finish. It also has excellent weather resistance whilst allowing the structure of your property to breathe.
Here is a close up of the scraped or scratched finish you can expect from Monocouche coloured render.
Other finishes that can be achieved are the brick effect and ashlar stone effect render pictured below.
Monocouche also comes in a range of colours. There are 6 standard colours and 18 special colours that can also be specially ordered.
