Mineral Render

Modern Mineral renders are thin coat renders that are fast drying and an ideal solution where application of external render is necessary in cold or humid conditions. Due to their ability to dry quickly the risk of delamination and wash-offs in cold and wet conditions is significantly reduced thereby allowing projects to proceed even in adverse weather conditions.
They are usually used as top coats on approved insulated board systems in areas that are prone to high moisture or cold and they can come in a variety of different grain sizes which is great if you want a more customisable render finish to suit your tastes.
Standard mineral renders are not usually coloured and have to painted afterwards with a top coat of the the manufacturer’s recommended paint but you can also get them through coloured. They can also come mixed with other materials for added strength, flexibility or dirt resistance which is great for areas prone to pollution.
